(TCSA), a volunteer organization affiliated with the National Rifle Association, is developing public shooting ranges and providing trained Range Officers at the Rattlesnake Mountain Shooting Facility (RMSF) near the Tri-Cities. The RMSF offers to the public one of the most extensive recreational shooting facilities in the Pacific Northwest. It is open to the public and draws competition shooters from the Tri-Cities, Washington, surrounding states, and even Canada.
